I have another question
How do I know which visa fits my situation?

Your planned activities, nationality, connections and background are part of the assessment. A consultation helps review these factors before choosing an option and identifying its documents.

Can I start a consultation from outside Colombia?

Yes. We can review your circumstances and documents online. Where you can submit an application and whether any steps require in-person attendance depend on the procedure and your case.

Which documents should I prepare?

The list depends on the category and your circumstances. Once we agree on the service, we explain which documents to review and whether they may need translation, an apostille or another formality. An apostille is a certification used to authenticate a public document for use abroad.

Do your fees include government charges?

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, government fees, translations, apostilles and third-party services are separate. Your proposal explains what is included. We discuss additional needs with you before taking on new costs.

What if the authority requests more information?

We review the request and guide you on the response and supporting documents within the agreed scope. Your cooperation and timely delivery of documents help us address the applicable deadlines.

Can you guarantee approval or a decision date?

No. We commit to carrying out the agreed work diligently. The relevant authority assesses the application, may request more information and makes its decision under its own procedures.
